Although Firefox has improved, many users still claim that when browsing many websites, scrolling down is not smooth. Or it does not work as it should. Then it feels like the browser is slow when it is not.

Improve the Firefox scroll Downfire

To achieve our goal, it is necessary to access the browser configuration and modify some values. With this, we will obtain more fluid navigation and according to our times.

Open Firefox and in the address bar type about:config and press Enter. You will see a warning that tells you that you can crash the browser. Click on the blue I accept the risk button.

Now in the search box, type mousewheel.min_line_scroll_amount and modify the value. To do this double click and assign a value of 100. To save the change click Ok.

Then search for general.smoothScroll.mouseWheel.durationMaxMS and assign it the value of 600. Remember that to do so you must double click on it.
