Microsoft recommends not to install the last update of Windows 10

Microsoft has released a new Windows 10 update with flaws. These have caused some problems for users of the system. Due to the difficulty, Microsoft recommends not to install the latest update. And in case they have already done so, they will remove it.

System upgrade number KB4535996 for Windows 10 was released at the end of February. It brought solutions for problems in search functionality, printing and battery performance. However, the drawbacks of the update adversely affect just the issues they were trying to fix.

Users themselves report difficulties. They also report via the Internet that their computers have problems starting up. Also, momentary blockages and black screens. As well as audio problems, program crashes and non-functioning of basic parameters.

Faced with the complicated situation, Microsoft responded that the only solution is to remove the update. The company assumed its errors but has not yet published a solution for improving the system. In view of this, the affected people should immediately remove the update.

“If you have problems or receive errors related to this mechanism, you can uninstall the optional update KB4535996”

The official statement delivered by the company in response to this problem was as follows:
“We are aware of problems with signtool.exe, after installing the latest optional update for Windows 10 version 1903, Windows 10 version 1909 (KB4535996)(…) If you have problems or receive errors related to this mechanism, you can uninstall the optional update KB4535996”.

With these words, the company assumes your error but does not offer a solution for now. However, this enhancement is “optional”, so it will not be installed automatically. Therefore the difficulties should not affect many users around the world. While the company is developing a new update to fix the issues, it is best to follow the recommendations.
