The first option you have and probably the easiest is to update your apps using the Google Play Store.
Open the Google Play Store, slide to the right to see more options, then click on my apps and games.
After that, you will see the updates section. You can update your apps one by one or you can update them all.
You can also go to the Google Play settings and check that you have automatic updates enabled. Press auto-update apps and select Over any network or Wifi only.

Bonus tips for MIUI users
To update system apps you can do it through the system apps updater going to Settings>System apps updater.
If you change the region of your device to India, or you are in India, the Get Apps store will be enabled. With the Get Apps store, you can update your apps like Google Play.
To change your Region go to Settings>Additional Settings>Region, then select India as Region.
After that, open Get Apps and go to Me>Update Apps section.
