Or also, to provide assistance to a user without being physically present. Well, the solution is to use some program that provides remote access. For example, Windows has its own application and here we tell you how to use it. However, today we will talk about another alternative. Specifically, we’ll use Google’s web app, called Google Remote Desktop. Which will allow you to remotely access a computer from another computer or mobile device with Android or iOS. In addition to being able to access our own desktop, it will also be possible to provide remote assistance to a friend. All right, let’s see how to control your computer remotely with Google Remote Desktop.

As mentioned, this is Google’s own web app. Consequently, it is necessary to use the Chrome browser or any of its derivatives. However, it is advisable to use Google Chrome directly. Additionally, it is imperative to have a Google account. Then go to this site to start the setup. After entering the Google credentials the wizard will offer to download the web app. Optionally you can install the browser extension.
