This is a mechanism for protecting your computer from phishing or malware websites and applications. Additionally, it will prevent potentially malicious files from being downloaded that put the integrity of the computer at risk. Likewise, this function is integrated by default into the system. As you can see, it is a vital aid. However, sometimes it can throw up false positives. That is, it can label reliable sites as dangerous. And therefore limit access. Consequently, it is sometimes necessary to disable it. So today we will see how to disable the SmartScreen Filter in <a href="https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Windows 10.</a></p>



<h2>How to disable SmartScreen Windows 10 filtering from Internet properties.</h2>



<p>First press the Win+R combination and run the following command:</p>

<h2>How to do it using System Settings</h2>



<p>Another method to disable it is through System Settings. With this intention, press the Win+E combination and type in <em>App &amp; browser control</em>.</p>
