HDR feature in games now available for Insider users

Sony launched an android application called PS4 Remote Play, which can be installed on your Xperia devices and pair with your PS4 to remotely play PS4 games on android phones.

So, what do you need?

• PS4 with Games
• A Sony Xperia device (Though some people reported, a moded version of the app works in other android devices too. However, for your own protection, we don’t recommend installing an application outside the Google Play Store)
• And, PS4 Remote Play application.
  (You can also connect the PS4 controller with android VIA Bluetooth if you want, but that would be optional)

Setup your PS4:

• Turn on your PS4 and navigate to Settings.

• Select Remote Play Connection Settings and hit Enter.

• Check the Enable Remote Play checkbox (Turn it on)
  (Don’t close the menu yet, because you will need this menu after the next step.)

Setting up your Android Device:

Now, in order to play PS4 games on your android device, finish setting up the device too. Follow the steps below:

• Open Play Store and Search for PS4 Remote Play.

• Tap Install and Open when finishes installing.

At the first page, the app says that you can operate the PS4 using the device. In addition, it also prompts you to connect with PS4 DUALSHOCK controller. You can either connect or skip it depending on if you already have the controller.

Tap Next and forward to the next screen. And, sign in to your PlayStation account.

After signing to your PlayStation account, the application will start searching for the device connected to the same Wi-Fi.

Once the app successfully finds the device, go to “Add a Device” on your PlayStation and it will generate a code. Enter the code on your Xperia Device to connect with the PS4.

Things to remember:

• Make sure that your PS4 and your Xperia Device is connected to the same network.
• Remote Play PS4 works only with PlayStation 4 and Xperia devices. So, make sure you are not using any other PlayStation or other android devices.
• Be sure to sign in with the same PlayStation account on both of the devices or it won’t be connected.

Finally, if anything goes wrong and you still fail to connect your PS4 with your smartphone, try to restart both PlayStation and Android phone. And. try the above steps again. You will be able to remotely play PS4 games on android.

Lutris is one of those applications that come to make life easy for gamers on Linux. Every day more and more people use it on their computers. In short, Lutris is an application that pretends to be an organizer of the games installed in our operating system regardless of their origin. Of course, it focuses mainly on Steam games and those installed in Wine.

So, let’s install Lutris.

1. Install Wine Staging

The first step is to install Wine Staging. Wine Staging is a version of Wine maintained by Lutris and that they recommend us to install it so that everything goes well. Thanks to this, we can run a wide variety of games on Linux.

First, enable 32 bits support.

:~$ sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386

Now, import the repository release key.

:~$ cd Downloads
:~$ wget -nc https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/Release.key
:~$ sudo apt-key add Release.key

Now you must create a file that will contain the repository information.

:~$ sudo touch /etc/apt/sources.list.d/wine.list
:~$ sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/wine.list

deb https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/debian/ stretch main

Next, update APT and install Wine.

:~$ sudo apt update && sudo apt install --install-recommends winehq-staging

Now, you can install Lutris.

2. Install Lutris

Lutris has been an example of growth and maturity. At first, it was a small project, but the Linux gamers have realized that there is no better way to organize your installed games with Wine than with it.

On the other hand, to be always up to date, Lutris must be installed through its repository for Debian. Besides being up to date, it will make the installation very easy.

First, create the repository configuration file.

:~$ sudo touch /etc/apt/sources.list.d/lutris.list
:~$ sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/lutris.list

And add the following:

deb http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/strycore/Debian_9.0/ ./

The next step is to import the key release.

:~$ wget -q https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/strycore/Debian_9.0/Release.key -O- | sudo apt-key add -

Finally, install Lutris.

:~$ sudo apt update && sudo apt install lutris

3. Using Lutris

In order to manage your games and synchronize them effectively is that Lutris requires an account. It’s not too intrusive data so there are no problems. Go to this site and register.

After that, you can start installing the games you want through the Lutris game center.

And that’s all.

In the hack-n-slash genre, I’m yet to find out any other game that can beat this classic, action-packed adventure RPG – God of War!

The classic story of God of War takes place in the Greek mythology where Kratos, the ghost of Sparta, starts his journey to take his revenge on the Gods of Olympus. The entire storyline is full of thrill, action and some good puzzles that took me hours to solve.

The latest release of God of War saga is now going to take place in the Nordic mythology, the time when monsters and gods roamed the earth. Many God of War fans is slightly disappointed to see the change.

Kratos is still same Sparta with the warrior’s spirit. Additionally, he’s a father now. He, along with his son, Atreus, embarks on an exciting, challenging & electrifying journey on the world. Kratos’s appearance has changed. However, the fighting style, courage, and mentality still match the classic Kratos – the God of War.

Like all the other God of War series, it’ll be available on PS4. Check out God of War.

• Anthem

Darksiders is one of my most favorite series to play. The game is a third person hack-n-slash with creative puzzles. Sometimes, those puzzles are so infuriating!

In Darksiders 3, you play as Fury, one of the Four Horsemen of Apocalypse. Fury is the Rider of the Black Horse, depending on her magic and whip to restore the balance between good and evil. Numerous additional weapons will be available throughout the gameplay.

The entire story of Darksiders takes place after a great apocalypse that wiped out humanity. Demons ravage the world, and angels fight them in a never-ending battlefield. The Horsemen are the only hope to restore the balance. This sequel is coming out pretty late. However, depending on the gameplay, storyline, and action, it’s worth the fun.

Into a futuristic world, you’re a super-cop in Crackdown 3, hunting down the criminals using your awesome powers and smash places in the process. Powered by Unreal Engine, the entire open world is designed to give you a pure experience of sci-fi feel and top-notch action.

In this multiplayer online game, co-op with 3 of your friends, fly from one building to another, fire all the high-tech bazooka missiles on the poor enemies and bring out the dominant victory for your team. This cool multiplayer game will be available for Xbox One and Windows 10.
