After downloaded the packages at Febr 13. there was an additional directory where the installation works from.
After “cd LibreOffice_6.4.0.3_Linux_x86-64_deb”
i found a directory “DEBS”
After the command “cd DEBS” then
“sudo dpkg -i *.deb” it worked ok!
