Comments on: Install Hypnotix – The Linux Mint IPTV client

I had researched over a few days in trying to find urls for providers to work, I even used the terminal commands which failed, then I came across a website, which had URL and all 5 of the URLs worked for me and I have over 10,000 TV channels for Hypnotix. So here are the 5 different URLs:

In reply to Bert. You need to install libmpv > try sudo apt install libmpv1 in a terminal.

I bit the bullet and upgraded from 19.3 to 20.1. I am able to open the app and watch IPTV channels.

Exactly the same issue as Bert, above, in 19.3 – 20.1 works fine.

O Hypnotix não funciona bem no meu Computador. Demora a abrir e depois trava tudo e o computador tem que ser desligado na tomada…

hypnotix_1.1_all.deb is no longer there. ERROR 404: Not Found

I m use Mint 19.3 Mate and take a problem.
At run Hypnotix in terminal dont run an response witch Warning!
(hypnotix.py:5795): dbind-WARNING **: 10:27:41.722: Couldn’t register with accessibility bus: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.
